Health2Business, Inc. (H2B) was founded on a shared vision—that better healthcare starts when employer groups, providers and health systems work together at the local level, community by community.

We focus on creating a sustainable and meaningful solution for middle-market employers and helping health systems create a vehicle through which these employers can enter into direct partnerships for medical, pharmaceutical and PHM services and improve the health benefits they offer employees.

Our innovative approach is designed to address significant gaps and inefficiencies in group health care—a benefits business model that specifically addresses the health insurance needs of middle market employers while bridging the gap between compassionate health providers and local employers to improve the financial and general well-being of the community.

Doug Hetherington

CEO & Founder

Doug is a respected and trusted employee benefits visionary with over 15 years of experience in the field. He was featured in the March 2018 issue of BenefitsPRO as a Face of Change and also won a Gold Health Value Award for Outstanding Benefits Broker/Consultant Leadership at the World Health Congress. His creativity and tenacity for change has led him to develop several first-of-their-kind innovations, including RB EmCap, a national access captive program for reference-based priced employers, and Bingham Direct & Madison Direct, a community-based partnership between the self-funded employers and local hospital systems. A true outdoorsman, Doug can be found tearing up the ski slopes with his family on weekends.

Clint Schnoor

Chief Operating Officer

A graduate of Westminster College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Clint had a successful career in the mortgage banking and agricultural equipment business before entering the world of health care. He brings to the organization a strong skill set in business strategy, organizational development, corporate governance, sales and human resource management, leadership training, market analysis, capital structures, ERISA compliance, employee benefit plan design and contract negotiation. An avid mountain biker and outdoorsman, Clint loves to spend time with his family skiing, wake surfing, hiking and camping.



Garrett received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah. He has practiced in both private and public health care settings treating a variety of patient impairments with a predominate focus in the musculoskeletal, nervous, and cardiovascular systems. Garrett has traveled the country training clinicians and outside entities on care delivery models and best practice guidelines for common disease states within the population. He led a clinical team that built and oversaw care delivery programs in Assisted and Independent Living Facilities throughout the western United States. As a founding member of Health 2 Business he focuses on building care delivery programs with a specialized focus on the strategic partnerships between hospitals and employers. Garrett believes that when providers and employers come together in a direct partnership, it creates sustainable programs that support the providers in their initiatives and provide a quality experience for the employees and their dependents.
