Clint Schnoor, a graduate of Westminster College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, has led a successful career in business operations in the mortgage banking and ag equipment dealership world while staying close to health care.  Clint’s extensive experience in various businesses brings a strong skill set to the organization including business strategy, organizational development, corporate governance, sales management, human resource management, leadership training, market analysis, mergers & acquisitions, capital structures, ERISA compliance, employee benefit plan design, and contract negotiation.  His involvement in business organizations, the local community, and work in various industries provides an extensive business background to the firm.

Clint loves to spend time with his family in the outdoors skiing, wake surfing, hiking and camping.  He is an avid mountain biker and outdoorsman.
